AI Help Desk Grant
Exclusively for institutions currently utilizing Blackboard Student Services and related Anthology solutions
The Campus Consortium Foundation (CCF) is offering a limited number of AI Help Desk Grants to colleges and universities currently operating on Blackboard Student Services, IT Help Desk, IT LMS, or One Stop platforms.
In response to ongoing shifts within the student services technology landscape, CCF has committed $500,000 to support institutions seeking to modernize their IT Help Desk and One Stop operations through AI-enabled service transformation. Grant funding may be applied toward strategic planning, migration, implementation, and deployment of 24×7 AI-powered support capabilities.
Individual award amounts will be determined based on institutional scope, readiness, and demonstrated strategic alignment.
Why This Grant Matters Now
As Blackboard Student Services enters a transition phase, institutions must reassess their long-term strategy for student and IT support, operational continuity, and technology modernization.
Institutions that act proactively can:
- Ensure uninterrupted IT Help Desk and One Stop service delivery
- Strengthen operational resilience during vendor transition
- Modernize case management, reporting, and analytics
- Deploy AI-enabled automation and 24×7 student support
- Reduce long-term operating costs
- Improve student satisfaction and retention outcomes
The AI Help Desk Grant is designed to reduce financial barriers to modernization, enabling institutions to accelerate migration and AI adoption without diverting critical internal budget resources.
