The Problem

Build Healthier, More Focused School and Campus Communities

The Campus Consortium Foundation (CCF) has launched a $500,000 National Grant Initiative to support U.S. educational institutions in bringing yoga and wellness education to their communities.

This program enables schools, districts, community colleges, colleges, and universities to offer the Yoga & Wellness Program, a series of live, instructor-led wellness classes taught online in real time.

In higher education, classes serve students, faculty, and staff. In K–12, they serve students, parents, teachers, and staff.

Participants will build practical skills in:

  • Yoga and healthy movement
  • Breathing and relaxation techniques
  • Mindfulness and focus
  • Stress management and resilience
  • Posture, flexibility, and physical wellbeing
  • Everyday wellness routines for school, work, and home

Why This Matters

Wellbeing Is Foundational to Learning and Work

Students, educators, and staff are balancing academic pressure, demanding workloads, and screen-heavy days. How a community feels shapes how it learns, teaches, and works.

Students, educators, and staff increasingly need to be able to:

  • Manage stress and pressure in healthy ways
  • Stay focused and present in class and at work
  • Build movement into screen-heavy days
  • Rest, reset, and recover during demanding schedules
  • Carry healthy routines from school into home life

This grant helps institutions bring structured, live wellness instruction into the everyday school and campus experience.
