Campus Consortium Foundation Launches $500,000 Amid Anthology Student Success Post-Bankruptcy Restructuring

Grant supports institutions currently using Blackboard Student Services, IT Help Desk, and OneStop solutions in accelerating migration to AI-powered 24x7 support.

Delaware – February 19, 2026 – Campus Consortium Foundation (CCF) today announced the launch of a $500,000 AI Help Desk  Grant, a strategic funding initiative designed to help higher education institutions transitioning from Blackboard Student Services during a period of significant and unprecedented market restructuring.

The program comes as Anthology undergoes Chapter 11 proceedings and Nexus has announced plans to divest Blackboard Student Services, prompting colleges and universities nationwide to reassess vendor stability, operational continuity, and long-term support infrastructure strategy.

Campus Consortium Foundation has committed $500,000 in total grant funding to support strategic planning, migration, implementation, and AI-enabled enhancement of IT Help Desk and OneStop Student Services environments.  Individual award amounts will vary based on institutional scope, readiness, and operational need.

 IT Help Desk and OneStop Student Services are mission-critical components of the student experience. As platform ownership changes and institutional restructuring occur, continuity remains a top priority alongside modernization efforts. The grant is designed to reduce migration risk and support the strategic adoption of AI across support services.”
