One Stop streamlines the most common student services at one convenient location. The goal is to make the student experience with enrollment, academic records, financial aid, processing payments as smooth, efficient, and friendly as possible. With increased emphasis on technology, online learning, virtual student services and a remote workforce requires the same quality of customer service as on-ground services.


Student interaction and engagement occurs more frequently online. To promote student participation, improve communication and ensure success, institutions can deploy virtual student engagement strategies by providing timely and thorough services. The recent pandemic and social expectations further emphasize the need for a strong institutional online presence to boost student engagement and support long-term goals.


Campus Consortium and EdTech company BlackBeltHelp™ partnered to offer a One Stop Shop Student Success In-Kind Grant. The solution offers implementation of a customizable user-friendly student support system and AI Chatbot that provides 24×7 access, Expanded service hours, Improved Student Engagement, Faster responses, Reduce errors, increase compliance, Improves experience, low cost of implementation and easy maintenance. This subsidy is designed to provide access to an affordable, low maintenance, feature rich enterprise application.


  • Accredited Higher Education institutions and K-12 schools and school districts are eligible to apply.
  • Applicants should indicate the challenges the solution aims to solve and why the grant would be helpful to the institution.
  • Institutions are eligible to apply for multiple grants. Separate applications are required for each grant pursued.
