Campus Consortium offers its members the following services to ensure they can implement Educational Technology projects.

Project Management: Campus Consortium offers implementation project management services. Leveraging long term higher education experience across a number of functional educational areas, Campus Consortium can provide temporary assistance to schools who do not possess adequate human resource support staff or expertise. Campus Consortium staff and associated consultants will provide the following services to enhance an institutions current staff. All consultants will report to and take direction from the institution to ensure the technology solution provides the needed resource and support.

  • Represent the institution
  • Prioritize institutional needs
  • Liaison between the institution and vendor
  • Collaborate with institutional functional units
  • Report to institutional project owners
  • Monitoring and reporting
  • On time delivery of project

 

These services support the educational institution and provide expertise to ensure complex technology projects are implemented affordably, efficiently and accurately. The goal is to decrease the time and effort for the institution and ensure a smooth transition to a new technology.
