Digital Accessibility Assessment

The Digital Accessibility Assessment Service is designed to provide institutions with a comprehensive digital accessibility assessment evaluation and report. Expert analysis of an institution’s technology assets and applications include expertise in web accessibility including WCAG 2.0, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices, understanding of web accessibility laws including ADA, Section 508, state and industry specific guidelines and case law as required and understanding of responsive design. The Campus Consortium partnered with OculusIT and web accessibility experts to provide the technology platform, member discounts and services for the Digital Accessibility Assessment.

The Accessibility Assessment includes the following:


  • Review of selected applications
  • Testing conducted using industry standard software and accessibility experts
  • Accessibility report including recommendations for mitigation and resolution
